If you are pregnant or know someone who is then this list is a must read for you.
I carried identical twins in my first pregnancy so I was uncomfortable from an early start. So to say I couldn’t survive my pregnancy without these must-haves is an understatement. They are a must-have to make yourself feel good as you have a long 9 months to go!
I’m not a fan of spending a lot of money on maternity items as you only need it for such a short period of time. That is why the list is small. These items were worth spending the money on in order to make myself feel comfortable.

1. Pregnancy Pillow
When you are pregnant a very common symptom is body aches which can ultimately cause you discomfort.
You may feel exhausted early on and sleep is vital during pregnancy. Since I was pregnant with twins, I was uncomfortable for day one and always trying to find the perfect position for my largely growing belly.
My pregnancy pillow was a life changer when it came to my sleep. I was a belly sleeper so this pillow was essential if I wanted to get any sleep at all.
2. Prenatal Vitamins
These are a must and something you should start right away. My doctor had me start them as soon as my husband and I were trying to conceive.
I preferred the gummies over all the other vitamins I tried and these didn’t cause any nausea afterward. I had morning sickness from day one and it last my entire pregnancy which was till I delivered my twins premature at 25 weeks.
You may have to try a few till you find the right way that doesn’t cause you to feel nausea afterward.
3. Stretch mark cream
You may not be able to prevent stretch marks but it can help reduce the appearance of them and defiantly help with the itchiness from your belly stretching.
To prevent stretch marks try rubbing this cream over your belly, legs, butt and hips.
I had heartburn with anything I ate or drank. So having tums was essential for me making it through the day and getting a good nights rest.
I had some at work, my purse and next to my bedside!
5. Neti Pot
I was pregnant during wintertime and my sinuses were terrible.
The only thing that even helped clear my sinuses up was the Neti Pot. I was able to get some sinus relief by using the Neti Pot in place of medication.
It can be very unsettling when you can’t fit into your jeans especially early on in your pregnancy (like me).
I purchased this bellaband so I could continue to wear my jeans for as long as I could before needing to purchase maternity pants.
7. Yoga Pants
If you were like me and started showing very early on and earlier then you had expected you couldn’t fit into your clothes.
I lived in these yoga pants outside of work. They are so comfortable and grew with my every growing baby bump.
8. Maternity Tanks
I loved the fit of these maternity tanks as they stretched over my belly and never rode up.
